Johnny Depp is tipped to play the Riddler in the Sequel, with Phillip Seymour Hoffman as the Penguin.

The role of the Riddler was played by Jim Carrey in the 1995 film Batman Forever. The 1960′s televisision role was played by the unforgettable Frank Gorshin. Although plans for the sequel have not yet been finalised, and with stars like Angelina Jolie making it known that they want the part of Catwoman, the sequel is sure to be an eagerly anticipated event. Dark Knight the sequel is likely to see Christian Bale reprise his starring tole.
